	PCR Primer	primerA	PCR primers used to amplify the transgenic TCR α-chain are: Vα2-5' 5'-AAA GGG AGA AAA AGC TCT CC-3' Cαb 5'-ACA CAG CAG GTT CTG GGT TC-3' which amplify a 160 bp fragment(from Casanova et al., 1991, J.Exp. Med. 174:1371)
		primerB	As an internal control, primers to insulin can also used. These are: MINSIXHOF-5' 5'-CGA GCT CGA GCC TGC CTA TCT TTC AGG TC-3' MINSBAMR-5' 5'-CGG GAT CCT AGT TGC AGT AGT TCT CCA G-3' which amplify a 380 bp fragment of the insulin gene.
